Problem No. 9 Target Practice

   

Hold a rubber band out in front of you approximately 20 cm above a two-dollar coin.

Try to drop the rubber band so that it hits the coin.

Record your results as you do this 40 times:

(a) using both eyes

(b) using your left eye only

(c) using your right eye only

What conclusions can you make from your results?

What problems did you encounter during your investigation?

How would you overcome these problems if you did this again?
