We ran our lemonade stand project for the full 30 days and successfully earned $277.78 including the $20 we started with.
To achieve this, our strategy was to buy lots of supplies (like 500 ice cubes, over 100 cups and up to 65 or 70 lemons and cups of sugar depending on the weather forecast) and keep the price on an average of 22c a cup.
Also, we put in 6 to 7 lemons and cups of sugar in a pitcher and 3 to 4 ice cubes and not once was it called 'too hot', 'yuck' or 'too pricey' by our customers.
We handled the days that had bad weather by lowering the price to 16c or 18c and buying less supplies. We then took advantage of the days with very high temperatures and a good forecast by raising the prices to 30c to 35c and bought lots more supplies to ensure we did not sell out.
Two days we managed to sell to every single potential customer, twice we only missed out on one customer, all up 25 of our days we sold to over half of the potential customers.
Considering the weather our stall was rated all 'GREAT' except for 2 days when we achieved 'GOOD'.
All up we think we had a very successful business because we earned $277.78 including the $20 we started with. Our popularity was 100% and our customer satisfaction was 96% but on an average of 98% to 97%.

Strategies
We used seven or eight of each ingredient ( lemons, suger and ice cubes) in each cup. The highest price we ever charged was thirty two cents and the lowest price we ever charged was twenty cents. At the end of the fifteen days we made $153.86. At the end of the first week we had $36.95, the second week we had $87.87 and the third week we ended up with $153.86. In the 15 days the customers only said Mmm!
Data Analysis
We ran a really good business because most of the days we sold a cup to every potential customer and our satisfaction and popularity mostly stayed over 90% during the game. In cloud and rain we lowered the price and we earned less because there were less customers but in the warmer forecasts we raised the price and earned more money than colder days.
