Making A ClarisWorks Slide Show

Slide shows can be made in many programs. eg. Kid Pix, ClarisWorks
Below shows how to make a slide show in ClarisWorks/AppleWorks.
First the student has to work out how many pages they wish to use in their slide show. Don't forget the title page and of course the end.

1. Open the ClarisWorks application.

2. Select Word Processing ... click OK

3. Select File and select Page Set Up.

4. Choose the Landscape Format... click OK

5. Now import or create your graphics/images and add text.

6. To create a new page press the enter key.

7. When you have finished making all your pages go to the menu bar and select Window and open Slide Show.

8. Choose Start and your Slide Show will commence. The Show moves from slide to slide at the Advance speed you selected (or by clicking the mouse button if you selected 0).

9. When finished press the letter q.
10. Press Done when finished altogether.
