Colin was Teacher Librarian and Computer Coordinator at Eden Public School for many years before taking on a part-time role with CAP in 1999 to develop a web site and generally assist schools in incorporating technology into the classrooms. The popularity of the website, the requests for workshops and the calls for assistance necessitated the position becoming full-time in 2000.

Since then, Colin has been managing the website including developing resources including the "Collie" activites and conducting workshops across the state.WWorkshops offered now include: Resource Module development, Digital Storytelling, Movie Making, Multi-media for small schools, Web-building and basic introduction to a range of software and hardware commonly used in clasrooms.

Colin is also available to provide advice on resources, trouble shooting (particularly with Macs), integrating technology into the classroom and assisting with the development of School and CAP Technology Plans.
