Procedure
1. Pass the rubber band through the centre of the reel.
2. Through one end of the rubber band, firmly
anchor a short piece of skewer.
(Its' length should be less than the diameter of the
reel.)
3. Fashion the soap into a rough disk about 4 mm smaller than the reel. Push a small hole through the centre of the soap.
4. Thread the other end of rubber band through the hole in the disk shaped piece of soap
5. Place a longer piece of skewer through the loop in the rubber band that you threaded through the disk of soap.
6. Twist or wind up the rubber band by holding the spool firmly in one hand and rotating the stick with the other.
