1. Create a PowerPoint presentation to show to your classmates
2. View two sample slides of a presentation.
3. Save your presentation
4. Create at least 7 slides for your PowerPoint presentation
Slide 1: your name, decade, name of class e.g. 7 DAT 3Slides 2-5 (or more): use at least one slide for each computer item; include all information from your graphic organizer; write name of invention, name of inventor, and date in heading at top of slide; paste a picture somewhere on the slide (Copy the picture from the Word document and paste it into the PowerPoint slide - leave Word open with PowerPoint)
Slide 6: conclusion slide - summarize most interesting fact learned
Slide 7: a bibliography page showing where you found all your information (include the URL for web pages).
5. Add special effects, backgrounds, and readable/interesting fonts to your presentation.
6. Check your spelling and information carefully.
7. Show one classmate your final presentation; make any last minute corrections.
8. Print out your presentation - choose four slides per page to save paper.
